Great after market service

My Pitbull handle failed when the shaver didn't turn off, even when the LED lights went out the motor kept turning. I thought it was out of guarantee but as it was a mechanical (hardware) failure I was told to send it back under RMA (Return shipping was my cost ) and I received a free replacment handle.
