Warranty, Return, and Exchange Information
We ship via USPS First Class and Priority from our fulfillment center in New Jersey.
USA: Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days.
Outside of USA: Transit time can vary. Typically orders are delivered within 1 - 4 weeks depending on location. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes as occasionally packages are delayed in customs.
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If sending back an item for a refund within the 30 day policy, please ship everything that you received in your initial purchase to receive full refund. For United States purchases we will send you a USPS shipping label to return your unit free of charge.
Cosmetic items such as shaving cream, exfoliating scrub, aftershave, or similar must be returned with 80% or more of product remaining to receive a refund.
Items eligible for exchange under our manufacturer warranty may be returned within 12 months. Please note that if you are outside of the 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. These warranties only apply to purchases made from one of the authorized retailers listed below as of January 1, 2020. We periodically update this list:
Returned merchandise must be provided to the USPS or other carrier within the time frames outlined above. International customers must return the merchandise at their own cost by a traceable method. Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be rejected for a refund or exchange by our customer service. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error on our part.
If sending back an electric shaver for repair or exchange, please ONLY send back your shaver handle (unless instructed otherwise). The shaver handle is the motor/battery which powers the unit. We do NOT need you to send back shaver blades ,rinse stands, travel cases ,charger or any other accessories you have received. Skull Shaver LLC is not responsible for these items if they are sent in. We are replacing the shaver handle/motor/battery only which is covered under warranty. Shaver blades and accessories are not covered.
If exchanging, please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your item back once our warehouse receives it. Once your item is received for a refund, it will take 3-5 business days for us to resolve your return back to your original method of purchase.
If your shaver will not turn on, please try removing the blade (see videos below for instructions). If the unit turns on without the blades attached, the blade is jammed and needs to be replaced. Replacement blades are available here: https://www.skullshaver.com/collections/blades-and-accessories

If you have never removed the shaver head before, the retaining springs can be very tight and it may take more force than you would expect to separate the shaver head from the body/handle.
Add On and Bundled Products Policy:
If an add-on or Bundled Item is purchased as part of a bundle, and other bundle items are returned but the add on Item is not returned, the refund given will be adjusted to account for the full retail value of the add on or bundled Item that is kept.
For example, a customer buys a Pitbull Shaver for $219.99 and adds on a Beast Clipper for discounted price of $0.99. The order total is $220.98. The customer decides to keep the Bundled Beast Clipper and return the Pitbull Shaver. The Beast Clipper has a a normal retail price of $59.99 and the refund will be adjusted as if the customer simply purchased a retail Beast Clipper. In this case, the customer will receive a refund of $160.99 (220.98 - 59.99 = 160.99). If the customer returns both, they will receive a full refund of $220.98.
