We believe that we have hit a winning formula for our shavers. We are confident that you will feel the same once you try our products. We stand behind our products and our warranties. To put our money where our mouth is, every genuine Skull Shaver product (blades excluded) comes with the following protections when purchased from an authorized reseller. Warranties are non-transferrable and apply only to :

Money Back Guarantee

1 month warranty from skull shaver
If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price within 30 days of purchase. If you live in the US or UK, we will even pay for the return shipping. No questions, no risk. Cosmetic items such as shaving cream, exfoliating scrub, aftershave, or similar must be returned with 80% or more of product remaining to receive a refund.

Warranty from Defects

1 year warranty from skull shaver
For one year from the date of purchase, your genuine Skull Shaver product is warrantied against defects in worksmanship or manufacture. If anything happens to your Skull Shaver product (blades excluded as they are considered consumables and are not covered by our warranty) that renders it inoperable, we will exchange it for a refurbished model. Simply email us at cs@skullshaver.com and you will receive an email with further directions. Please note that if you are outside of the 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. International exchanges from outside the USA may also incur additional return shipping charges.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty covers Pitbull Shavers, Bald Eagle shavers, Butterfly shavers, and Beast Clippers for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to your product manual. Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired free of charge as long as the product was purchased from the authorized retailer or directly from Skull Shaver LLC. This warranty doesn't cover consumable parts such as the shaver head replacement, which should be replaced after every few months.

  • Walmart.com (only if purchased through Skull Shaver or BlitzLP accounts)
  • Costco.com (warranty coverage only, please contact Costco for refunds)

 

Warranties are non transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Shavers purchased from non-authorized retailers (such as third party, non Skull Shaver sellers on Amazon.com, eBay.com), are not covered by our warranties. If you would like assistance determining if a retailer is an authorized retailer, please call our customer service department or email us at cs@skullshaver.com.

This warranty is void and no repair or replacement will be made under this warranty or otherwise if:

1. The product is modified or disassembled in any manner or repaired by anyone other than Skull Shaver LLC or our authorized service provider.
2. The product has been used commercially or subjected to unreasonable use.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary. No other written express warranty is given. Any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchant which may arise from purchase or use, is limited to up to 1-year period provided in this express warranty. Some areas may not allow such limitation, so it may not apply to you. No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages of any type, or for the use of unauthorized attachments. Some areas may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Warranty is valid in the USA only. Outside USA check, with the store for our authorized distributor’s warranty or contact our customer service department to verify authorized retailer status.
