Extra blade didn’t do much different than the 4 blade with the ability to empty the reservoir
Didn’t work as well as the 4 blade shaver.

Works great
This is by far the best blade for the skull shaver. I have gone back-and-forth for the last few years shaving my head with a razor or the four blade forte. This blade is a game changer. I shave in the shower and the last thing I do is put some conditioner on my head and shave. I literally get a close shave comparable to 99% using a razor. Amazing!
