How you use it as a phone holder:

Put your phone in between the spring loaded clamps. The clamps should automatically and securely close to hold your phone in place. Once your phone is secure, you can place the Watch Your Back around your neck to hold the phone a comfortable viewing distance from your face. You can also bend the stand and place it on any solid surface to make it a multi-angle phone stand. Since the Watch Your Back is flexible, you can also wrap it around a solid round or square bar.

How to use it as a Mirror holder:

Put the included mirror in the spring-loaded clamp section and put your Watch Your Back around your neck. Watch Your Back holds the mirror a comfortable distance in front of your face so you can see the behind you. Next, stand with your back to another mirror and adjust Watch Your Back so you can comfortably see the back of your head. Once everything is adjusted, Watch Your Back will hold the mirror in place hands-free so you can continue to cut your hair or trim your neckline.
