I received this shaver in March 2026, but it stopped working in May 2026. I emailed them about the issue, but they took a long time to respond. Additionally, they made it challenging to obtain a warranty for the item. This item is expensive! For the INCONVENIENCE , they should have offered sending a replacement with a return label and box, so I can easily send the defective shaver back for repair.
As a long time customer for over 5 years.
I think they should have given better customer service.
