Purchase an Extended Warranty for your Skull Shaver and get extra peace of mind knowing that your investment is covered. This Extended Warranty covers all Skull Shaver handle/rechargeable battery/motor units and internal circuitry from defects in materials and worksmanship. This Extended Warranty does not extend or provide coverage for shaver blades or accessories.
Purchase of our Extended Warranty grants the purchaser one year of extra coverage from manufacturer defects in materials and worksmanship. Please see the timeframes below to determine the start date of your extra coverage. If purchased at time of shaver purchase If this extended warranty is purchased at the time of shaver purchase, this Extended Warranty extends the 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty for 1 additional year, providing a total of 2 years of coverage from the date of purchase.
If purchased after the original shaver purchase, but still within original manufacturer warranty period If this warranty is purchased after the time of your shaver purchase, but still within the Limited 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty coverage period, this Extended Warranty coverage will begin one year from the expiration of the original Limited Warranty (one year from the date of original purchase), providing you two full years of coverage from the original time of purchase.
If purchased after the original Limited 1 Year Warranty has expired, or for a genuine Skull Shaver clipper or shaver purchased from an unauthorized reseller If this warranty is purchased after the expiration of the Limited 1 Year Manfacturer Warranty, or if your shaver was purchased from a source other than an authorized reseller, your warranty coverage will begin at the time of Extended Warranty purchase.
This warranty is void and no repair or replacement will be made under this warranty or otherwise if:
1. The product is modified in any manner or repaired by anyone other than Skull Shaver or our authorized service provider.
2. The product has been used commercially or subjected to unreasonable use.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. No other written express warranty is given. Any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchant which may arise from purchase or use, is limited to up to 1-year period provided in this express warranty. Some states may not allow such limitation, so it may not apply to you. No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages of any type, or for the use of unauthorized attachments. Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Warranty is valid in the US only. Outside US check with the store for our authorized distributor's warranty.
If your shaver body, battery, or electronics fail and you would like to activate your coverage, please go to https://www.skullshaver.com/rma and fill out the form located at the bottom of the page.
Please be sure to include the correct order number which shows the purchase of your Extended Warranty so we can correctly verify your order and quickly process your replacement.
We will review your request, and when approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. The email will include information on where to send your shaver body/handle/battery and how to submit it for warranty repair. Skull shaver is not responsible for customs or import fees if shipping a replacement outside the US. Once your shaver is received by our processing center, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
